1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return and refund within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

We strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If there is any issue with your item, please contact us promptly.


2. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us by emailing support@onecompress.online with the subject line: "Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of the item (required if the product is damaged or defective)
  3. Wait for our confirmation — our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team (if applicable)
  5. Receive your refund once the returned item has been received and inspected

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@onecompress.online. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return shipping if applicable.

Please include photos clearly showing the damage or defect in your initial email.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
  • Items without their original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items, clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, OneCompress will cover the return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as OneCompress is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please request a refund and place a new order separately.
